- you entered the billing address exactly as it appears on your statement
- your card is active and under its spending limit
Occasionally, a random error occurs as our system connects with issuing banks. If you've verified your information is entered correctly, log out of our site without submitting the order and try to order again. Contact customer service if you continue to have problems.
AOL Customers: Please use a non-AOL web browser (Internet Explorer 5.5 or later or Netscape 7.2 or later) when ordering from us. You may continue to use AOL to connect to the Internet but not the AOL browser, which is known to result in log in problems on our site.

NOTE: For customer security, credit card numbers are not saved to our web server but are encrypted and transmitted to our order fulfillment system. Upper Room accounts are available online only to US churches and organizations. Allow 2 extra business days to authenticate, set up, or consolidate existing accounts. Invoices are sent separately from order shipment. Payment is due upon the receipt of the invoice, net 30 days. Accounts exceeding $500 of unpaid purchases will be placed on credit hold. Please include your account number and order confirmation number with all order inquiries. The maximum limit for single orders by account or credit cards is $1500. Large orders are subject to verification by phone call to further assure our mutual security.

slower and shipping fees more costly. We charge only what it costs us to safely deliver an
order to you; still, we understand it's expensive.

How do I return an item?
A full refund or credit will be given for all returned merchandise in excellent condition (except DVDs, CDs, videos, paid online subscriptions, and PDFs) purchased from us. DVDs and videos may be returned only with permission from our Customer Services Department. For permission, call 1-800-972-0433 (U.S., Canada, Puerto Rico) or +1-615-340-7284 (internationally).
A return form will accompany your shipment. When returning an order, enclose the return form and indicate which and how many items are being returned. Securely wrap the merchandise and insure it. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the sender. We are not responsible for materials damaged or lost in a return shipment. Neither The Upper Room nor Discipleship Resources cannot accept returns C.O.D.

We offer PDF downloads both as sale and free items in the online
store. Read important instructions about purchasing and downloading PDFs here. Please preview the PDF product description carefully because downloads are non-returnable, non-refundable, non-discountable items.

Reader is required for PDFs. Trouble? Click here for help. We cannot answer technical questions about your computer settings or Adobe and other software used to format electronic/digital products. Please refer these types of questions to the application developer or computer manufacturer.
