POEM OF THE WEEK

In Full Color

Help me live in full color, Lord,
not in shades of gray.
Let me see rainbows
in the sun
shimmering
through drops of rain.

Help me see your love
in the beauty of this world,
in lakes and mountains,
in trees and flowers,
in the faces of your people.

Show me your love
through all you have created,
so my heart cannot contain the joy.
Let it overflow into the world,
leaving splashes of color
everywhere.
