International Spiritual Director, Emmaus and Chrysalis -- Víctor Pérez Silvestry
Rev.Víctor Pérez Silvestry has come to this role with a rich and diverse background and with significant experience as Spiritual Director of his Emmaus Community in Puerto Rico. Víctor has been related to the Emmaus program since 1997 when he participated in his Walk, #17 in Puerto Rico. Following that experience he served as Associate Spiritual Director and as Spiritual Director of several men's walks. He was elected as Spiritual Director for the Metropolitan Area of San Juan and as such participated on the local Board of Directors of the Emmaus Community. Victor also brings experience as a Retreat Director for the Academy for Spiritual Formation in Puerto Rico. Over the years Víctor has been involved in several international leadership training events through the General Board of Discipleship.

International Lay Director, Emmaus and Chrysalis -- Greg Engroff
The International Lay Director of Emmaus is Gregory Engroff. After making his walk in the Crossroads Emmaus Community of Eastern Pennsylvania in 1988, Greg began serving on Emmaus teams and the Board of Directors. He served as Weekend Lay Director, Community Lay Director and Community Registrar. On the Chrysalis side, Greg served on the Chrysalis Steering Committee in 1992 and has served on Chrysalis as a team member.

Greg became a Certified Trainer in 2005 and was named the Emmaus Regional Representative for the North East Region in 2006. He works directly with the International Spiritual Director and assists with the International Communities.

Assistant to the International Spiritual Director of the Walk to Emmaus -- Laura Feliciano
Laura Feliciano began working at The Upper Room in 2005. Born in Chicago, IL, she grew up in Puerto Rico. In addition to working with the Emmaus and Chrysalis programs, Laura is currently studying towards a degree in management. She hopes to later attend Divinity School and to follow her call to become a deacon in the United Methodist Church.
