When my despair had drained me
and my strength had failed me
I slept
Weary and saddened, feeling alone.
It was then that you came to me
Waking and renewing me
With a beating of strong and powerful wings
you came to me and dwelt in my presence
My spiritual guide, my answered prayer.

Lord, unto me.
