An Upper Room Webinar Series offering a spiritual formation framework for the aging process and ministry to the aging.
Join authors Missy Buchanan, Rick Gentzler, Richard Morgan, Jane Thibault, and Dan Moseley as they share their insight into aging faithfully in The Upper Room’s upcoming webinar series Faith and Aging. This lunchtime series will be available live via webinar October 9, 16, 23, and 30 from 11:30AM until 12:30PM Central Time. (Recorded versions will also be available following the live events.) Together, the four presentations create a framework for viewing the aging process that filled with hope, vitality, and deepening faith.
The four sessions include:
- Missy Buchanan’s Aging as Personal Journey on October 9
- Dan Moseley’s Aging and Life’s Transitions on October 16
- Richard Morgan and Jane Thibault’s Aging as Spiritual Journey on October 23
- Rick Gentzler’s Aging and Ministry to the Church on October 30
Participants can access the live (or recorded) presentations from home or business computers. High speed Internet access and speakers are essential. Technical support will be available to anyone new to webinars. Registration can be purchased for either individual sessions ($14.95 each) or as a bundle of four ($49.95). Small groups and teams are encouraged to view the webinars together. Presentations are geared for both clergy and laity, for those grappling with personal questions around the aging process as well as those serving the older adult population.
