Registration

We offer two different registration tracks with two different options. The registration tracks are standard and student. The two options are full conference and day pass.

Full conference registration registers you for the whole conference, Monday afternoon through Saturday morning and includes nine meals and snacks.

Day pass registration registers you for a specific day; note that meals are included as indicated.

*You must send a copy of your student ID, or a letter of authorization from your schools administration office, along with the print-and-mail registration.

Lodging

Option A: On campus housing at Scarritt-Bennett includes five nights with breakfast:

• $315.51 (including tax) - Standard Sleeping Room (a single bed with a shared bath between two rooms)
• $413.48 (including tax) - Upgraded Sleeping Room

Transportation

For round-trip transportation from the airport to Scarritt-Bennett, Gray Line Airport Express shuttle services are providing a discounted $16.00 round trip fare. They are located with the Taxi services/lower level at the Nashville Airport (one level below baggage pick-up). In order to receive the discount, please mention the event "A River Deep & Wide".
