Book your lodging reservation prior to June 11, 2009 to lock in best rates of $79 per person/per day (single) or $44.00 per person/per day (double). After June 11, the conference housing rate will be $99 per person/per day (single) and $55 per person/per day (double). Deposit of one night lodging rate is due at the time of booking. When you arrive, check in at the Bethea Welcome Center. Check-in is at 3:00 PM.
Guests in the Terrace or Lambuth Inn stay under the American meal plan, which is an additional $28 per person for three meals per day. Reduced costs for children.
Private cottages and apartments are available from Sunday to Sunday through the Cottage Rental Office at 1-800-222-4930.
