The Upper Room is committed to praying with you during this season of uncertainty and isolation. We will be hosting a moment of prayer on Facebook Live on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 11:00 AM Central Time. These moments of prayer will also be available on The Upper Room YouTube Channel after they air.
During this time of pandemic the call-in meditation is available at no charge. There are two numbers available.
