BethLauren, I am praying for you. BetterHelp is an online platform that you don’t use insurance to pay for. You can change counselors at any time. There are several pay plans and they are willing to work with you sometimes on pay also. The meetings are online and the selection of counselors is good. I have used this program several times. I recommend it if you have bad luck with the one you found in person since you can keep changing until you find one you like that is licensed in your state.
