Dear Father God and Lord Jesus, I pray that you will allow Missy's mother to let go of her bitterness and unforgiveness. Please soften her heart so that she loves those who have hurt her and forgives them. By holding onto the anger, she, of course, hurts and imprisons herself. May Missy encourage Sandra to meditate on 1 Corinthians 13, which is about love. It says that love doesn't keep a record of wrongs, love doesn't dishonor others, love is patient and so on. Let Missy and Sandra pray together each day and read Scriptures, especially the gospels, together. May Sandra's faith in you deepen and her love for others grow each day. In Jesus's name, I pray.
