Hurt focused and scared I understand all of them so well but I had to change hurt and to forgiveness I had to change my focus unto God and I had to change scared and to trust which all equal trust in God with my emotions may you be able to trust him with yours just by simply giving them to him and refusing anything that is not of him and watch him calm your spirit
