<p>To recover from Covid—If you have only had Covid-19 for 1-3 days, then take quercetin 500mg three to four times daily. Take zinc 25mg twice daily.  Do not take the zinc with grains, nuts, beans, or seeds. If you have had Covid longer than three days, this will not work. You have to be within a three day window. Quercetin and zinc are natural supplements that would not interact with any other drugs. You could also try to find some ivermectin. You could also try to find an IV clinic in your area that knows how to nebulize hydrogen peroxide, or give it to you IV.  An IV clinic might also be able to tell you about ozone therapy to help you recover from exhaustion. I am not saying that any of these things are substitutes for drugs.  You should still keep taking any drugs that your doctor has prescribed. They were having success using the antibody treatment of Regeneron to help people with Covid, though there is some controversy about using it now, because some people think it might not be effective with the omicron variant, and it may not be possible to get it anymore anyway.  That is something else you can talk about with your doctor. To prevent Covid from occurring again in the future—Take quercetin 500mg three to four times daily.  Take zinc 25mg twicedaily.  Do not take the zinc with grains, nuts, beans, or seeds. It would also be good if you could try to get set up with a doctor who is willing to prescribe hydroxychloroquine, ivermectin, or a steroid for the lungs if you do come down with Covid.  Hydroxychloroquine does the same thing that quercetin does. Also try to do some general things that build up the immune system, like taking vitamin D, vitamin A, or Vitamin C, or taking other herbal supplements that naturally strengthen the immune system, like elderberry.  One thing— Be careful with taking zinc long term; that might cause some side effects. Be sure to discuss it with your doctor. Good luck.
