StephanieUSA, my dear UR friend I pray God is with you and will relieve you of the awful emotional roller coaster our monthly periods bring. Sure brings back memories..... later in life, too late but I learned caffeine and sugar aggravated my cycles and not getting enough daily vitamins. Heavenly Father please bring peace and a calmness to our dear sister and help her to cope with this monthly nuisance! Help her and doctors to adjust medications and may music and prayers of this UR family dill her heart with love. Today, keeping the faith while giving all thanks and praise to Jesus our Lord and Savior in whose name wenpray and are blessed.
