The Salvation Army might have a rehab program in his area. I also pray that Ethan and his family will seek you, Lord Jesus, for your precious gift of salvation. They need to have faith in you, believe in the gospel, and ask you to forgive them of their sins and be willing to repent. Once they are saved, the Holy Spirit will live in them.
