Dear Father God and Lord Jesus, I lift up Emily to you for deliverance from anxiety and depression. Please give her hope and comfort. May she continue to pray to you each day for your divine interventions and blessings. She can also meditate on Isaiah 41:10, "Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed for I am your God. I will strengthen you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." In Jesus's name, I pray.
If you are feeling anxious or fearful those feelings are coming from your flesh. Your spirit produces love, joy, peace, patience and a sound mind. God says to be led by your spirit and crucify your flesh. Your spirit has unlimited power through Christ and has the ability to solve all of your fears and problems. Below is what God says about fear and anxiety Philippians 4:6-7 6 Be anxious for nothing but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; 7 and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus 2 Timothy 1:7 7 For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind
