As far as the Covid vaccine goes, I would get the Novavax. It is based on an old technology that has been used for several years, so it is probably the safest. I would not get the Pfizer or Moderna. I am not saying those vaccines are bad, but they are based on newer technology, so we haven't studied what their effects in the human body might be long term. That is why I would get Novavax, if it were me. Johnson and Johnson might be safer than Pfizer or Moderna, but that one is also known to cause some heart problems in certain people, so it might not be for everyone. If you have already had Pfizer, Moderna, or J&J, then if I were you, I would try taking NAC and reduced liposomal glutathione. I would also try drinking some pine needle tea. Someone in naturopathy or holistic health might be able to tell you about this. Please note--I am not saying it is bad that you got either the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine, if you already got it. I realize this issue was controversial and am just trying to help everyone do the best thing for their health. As far as Covid treatment/prevention go, here are some tips. To recover from Covid—If you have only had Covid-19 for 1-3 days, then take quercetin 500mg three to four times daily. Take zinc 25mg twice daily. Do not take the zinc with grains, nuts, beans, or seeds. If you have had Covid longer than three days, this will not work. You have to be within a three day window. Quercetin and zinc are natural supplements that would not interact with any other drugs. You could also try to find some ivermectin. You could also try to find an IV clinic in your area that knows how to nebulize hydrogen peroxide, or give it to you IV. An IV clinic might also be able to tell you about ozone therapy to help you recover from exhaustion. I am not saying that any of these things are substitutes for drugs. You should still keep taking any drugs that your doctor has prescribed. They were having success using the antibody treatment of Regeneron to help people with Covid, though there is some controversy about using it now, because some people think it might not be effective with the omicron variant, and it may not be possible to get it anymore anyway. That is something else you can talk about with your doctor. To prevent Covid from occurring again in the future—Take quercetin 500mg three to four times daily. Take zinc 25mg twicedaily. Do not take the zinc with grains, nuts, beans, or seeds. It would also be good if you could try to get set up with a doctor who is willing to prescribe hydroxychloroquine, ivermectin, or a steroid for the lungs if you do come down with Covid. Hydroxychloroquine does the same thing that quercetin does. Also try to do some general things that build up the immune system, like taking vitamin D, vitamin A, or Vitamin C, or taking other herbal supplements that naturally strengthen the immune system, like elderberry. One thing— Be careful with taking zinc long term; that might cause some side effects. Be sure to discuss it with your doctor. Good luck.

Every word of prayer, every amen, every cry for help is heard by You,God, and answered according to Your sovereign decree. Psalm 56:8 says, “You keep track of all my sorrows. You have collected all my tears in your bottle. You have recorded each one in your book.”

Anytime we cry, God sees it. It is not as if God sees our pain and then forgets all about it. Instead, God sees our tears and remembers them. Every tear that falls from our eyes He remembers.

It’s good to cry because crying can help us regulate our feelings and emotions. God designed us in this way, in which when we cry, we can start feeling better.Don’t be afraid to cry because it’s good to get those feelings out. There is nothing “weak” about expressing your true emotions. The next time you cry, remember the truth that God is collecting every tear and He is keeping it right beside Him forever.

No matter what sorrow you are experiencing today, God will take each tear and remember it for eternity. The pain, sorrow, and depression you are feeling are real and God wants you to come to Him with these feelings.

When we are honest and raw with God, that is where true healing can begin. So, do not be afraid to cry because God is keeping them all in His bottle. He loves each person unconditionally and uniquely. Every one of His children has a special place in His heart.

And when we find ourselves in difficult seasons throughout our lives, we can trust in the knowledge that God sees our pain and promises it will not endure forever. Each time we cry, we need to remember this vital truth. In the Name above all other names. Amen! ❤️
.
