I don't really know if I can help you with this, but you might try Bach flowers. I've heard that Crab Apple and White Chestnut might help with OCD. Beyond that, I don't really know. A naturopath might know of something that can help you with OCD, but I really wouldn't. Sorry that I can't be of more help.
