You have to eat the right balance of carbs, proteins, and fats. My sister lost over 40 pounds following her advice. Nothing else had ever worked, and she had been very overweight all her life. Now she is a skinny Minnie! The book will teach you how to eat right to lose weight. The bottom line is that the reason why you can't lose weight right now is because an incorrect diet will change your body chemistry and then it's impossible. But eating the right ratio of carbs/proteins/fats changes that.
