talmidim, I am praying for you and for a solution that will help everyone
Dear Father God and Lord Jesus, I pray that you will give talmidim discernment, guidance, and direction (Psalm 32:8) in handling conflict with a co-worker. Please soften the hearts of the manager and other co-workers who appear to be taking sides. I ask that you vindicate talmidim and resolve all the tension. Let them work together in peace. In the meantime, please comfort and strengthen talmidim. I ask that you give her sustained hope. May she keep her focus on you, not on the issue. When we have faith in you, all is surely possible. In Jesus's name, I pray.
