Dear kayaker156 from Indiana, I pray God’s peace over you. I pray His peace will comfort you, hug you, and bless you with love. Lord, give her Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Relieve her from grief and depression as only You can. Keep her near Your heart with compassion. Thank You, Jesus. I humbly lift up this prayer in the mighty name of Jesus I pray. Amen
Depression is a spiritual attack on the mind. It occurs when you feel a lack of hope Satan will use this as an opportunity to attack your mind. He tries to discourage you by telling you about all of your failures, sins, wrong choices and bad relationships you have had. God says He has the solution for depression God says to watch what you are thinking and to renew your mind with the Word of God God says : Rom.12 Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. (Renewing with the Word of God) God says you are His child and you are more than a conqueror. He says you are an ambassador for Christ and you are to fight the evil around you. He also says you can do all things thru Christ and that all things are possible to those who believe. So trust God and use His might to strengthen yourself and be transformed by renewing your mind with the Word of God. Jesus defeated Satan at the cross and took away his tools of evil so he tries to attack your mind by putting evil thoughts in your mind. You need to bind the Spirit of Heaviness and all evil spirits out of your mind. Put on the full Armor of God and pray a hedge of protection around yourself.
