1 Kings 8:28, 30 Yet give attention to your servant’s prayer & his plea for mercy, Lord my God. Hear the cry & the prayer that your servant is praying in your presence this day. Hear the supplication of your servant & of your people Israel when they pray toward this place. Hear from heaven, your dwelling place, & when you hear, forgive. Lamentations 3:8-9, 21-26 Even when I call out or cry for help, he shuts out my prayer. He has barred my way with blocks of stone; he has made my paths crooked. Yet this I call to mind & therefore I have hope - Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. I say to myself, “The Lord is my portion, therefore I will wait for him.” The Lord is good to those whose hope is in him, to the one who seeks him; it is good to wait quietly for the salvation of the Lord. Matthew 4:4 Jesus answered, “It is written ‘Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.’” Jer 17:7-8“But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him. They will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought & never fails to bear fruit. Matt 6:25-26, 33 “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes? Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Matt 18:19-20 “Again, truly I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything they ask for, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven. For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.” 1Paladin1960!, I am praying with you & for you.
