Ajs21, I am praying for you to slowly and positively work toward loving yourself just as God created you. Life can be overwhelming. Ask others who are strong in areas where you are weak to share their ideas. Don't spend hours searching the internet for help. Get someone to help you, first, to organize your day. Writing down a plan has been proven to be more successful than not. Remember the saying "Rome wasn't built in a day". I know God will calm you and give you the kind patience with yourself as you grow into the person He created you to be. I am praying for you.
