Joanne0326, I am praying for God to be with you now and bring relief from all your discomforts. Long ago I had similar issues and only learned many years later that stress caused many of my problems. Sadly I did not know God like I do today. Do you like to walk? I do and it always causes a good type of movement while enjoying Gods beauty outside and taking in fresh air.
