Bring peace, joy, and love into her midst to remind her that she has You and You have her. Cause any excessive hunger to subside or impulse to eat when nor hungry. Adjust her hormones. Let her find enjoyment in the right exercise for her and see the benefits over time. Bless her with quality sleep so as to be less inclined to bring her energy levels up with snacking.
