I empathize with you. I’ve had my own struggles with weight but let’s remember this .. Lord, help me to make choices that honor You — in what I eat, how I move, and how I care for this temple You’ve given me. When I feel weak, remind me that Your power is made perfect in my weakness. Remove the spirit of discouragement, emotional eating, and self-criticism. Replace them with peace, patience, and a sound mind. Let my focus be on progress, not perfection, and remind me that each step forward brings me closer to wholeness. Praying for you… no matter what you are perfect because you are made from his image :) Praying for you
