  <p>There are many natural things you can use for insomnia.  Have you tried melatonin?  A good brand is Premier Research labs fermented melatonin ND.  There is also valerian tincture, but this makes some people groggy the next day.  There is also kava kava tincture.  It is good if you&#39;re insomnia is due to anxiety or bothersome thoughts.
