Dear ethanharoutunian, I pray that you will receive divine help from Father God and Lord Jesus so that you can be delivered from your addictions. Pray fervently each day for their healing hand. To overcome your addictions, consider going to a rehab facility, such as at the Salvation Army or another detox place. I also pray that you and your loved ones will be saved through Lord Jesus Christ. You might find it helpful to go to the gotquestions.org website and look up, "How can I be saved?" as well as "How can I know if I am saved?" Then also look up, "When/How do we receive the Holy Spirit?" You might also want to talk to a pastor or fellow Christians about the precious gift of salvation. Once you've been saved, you won't lose your salvation. You'll have the Holy Spirit indwelled in you, and you'll sin less and less over time. The Holy Spirit will convict you of your sins and will guide you. You'll gradually become a new creation in Christ. You'll repent of your sins and will have a strong desire to please Father God, Lord Jesus, and the Holy Spirit in your daily Christian walk. Ethan, call out to Lord Jesus and talk to him each day as you would to a dear trusted friend. Develop a personal relationship with him. He's loving, faithful, and forgiving, and so much more. He welcomes us to reach out to him. Also, you might want to meditate on Psalm 91:14-16 and Psalm 32. I hope this post helps you. May all go well. In Jesus's name, I pray.
