  <p>For sleep, try melatonin.  A good brand is premier research labs fermented melatonin.  You could also try either valerian or kava kava.  Kava kava could also help you with your anxiety.  For anxiety during waking hours, an herbalist might be able to further advise you, or you could try Bach flowers.</p>
