RichinCHRIST'Sriches, I am praying for you. I too have anxiety and sleep issues. I've started listening to the sound of rain, or the ocean, while I sleep. It seems to calm my racing heart. I've had sleep and anxiety issues my whole life so listening even to the sound of a train on my phone helps. I pray tonight you sleep sound, but may knowing you are not alone and someone is praying with you bring you comfort. God Bless.
