I suffered from insomnia for a very long time. I would be up at nights pacing the floor and making midnight runs to Walmart and early morning treks to Denny’s. My doctor prescribed sleeping pills for me and let me tell you they work. Talk to your doctor and see what he recommends. Don’t wait because my body would shut down on me at odd times because of lack of sleep even when driving. Insomnia is no joke. Get it checked out. I’ll be praying for you to have sweet sleep and to feel safe in your bed.
