Lizelle, I am praying for you. Not long ago I too suffered from plevic floor dysfunction and was blessed with an excellent Physical therapist who help me train my body in ways I would never have imaged. I pray God will watch over you and bring about any needed changes or medical attention. Prayers for Anja too. Dear Lord, we bring our heart felt intentions to you and know you will provide in your Holy way. Trusting Jesus while giving him all thanks and praise. Peace and love my friend.
