irhini, oh hunny, our precious Lord is always with us, through the good and the bad.. Heavenly Father, I come before you lifting up my friend who is feeling overwhelmed by anxiety. Please surround them with Your love and peace that surpasses all understanding. Calm their restless mind, soothe their troubled heart, and fill them with Your presence. Help them to feel Your strength in their weakness and Your comfort in their distress. Grant them patience, courage, and the reassurance that You are always near. May Your peace, which transcends all understanding, guard their heart and mind today and always. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.

May irhini always stay anchored to you, Father God and Lord Jesus, through prayer and Scripture readings. She can also meditate on Isaiah 41:10, "Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed for I am your God. I will strengthen you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." Lord Jesus, you are truly our Lord, Savior, Refuge, Prince of Peace, Healer, Comforter, Deliverer, and Friend. Please give irhini ongoing strength and a sense of peace.
