You see their long hours, their dedication, and the compassion they pour out each day to those in need. Grant them strength when they are weary, wisdom in every decision, and clarity in moments of urgency. Protect their minds, bodies, and spirits as they care for others, often placing the needs of patients before their own. Fill their workplace with peace, cooperation, and mutual respect. Let kindness and patience guide every interaction. Comfort those who are burdened, uplift those who feel overwhelmed, and remind each person that their work has deep purpose and meaning. Jamelle, I am praying for the Inspira Med Ctr. Staff. Lord, please keep watch over the employees at Inspira as they have stressful days, day after day. Please help them stay mentally bolstered so they can continue with there life saving skills. Office and nurses, doctors all play a role in this given vocation and need all the support they can get.
