Annie120269, I am praying for you. I understand how you feel. I lost my mom in 2022 and I still miss her. We will always miss those who have gone before us that we loved so much. The pain and sadness will get better over time though. One thing that has helped me is to honor my mother's memory & the love I had for her by doing something special on her birthday each year & holidays that we enjoyed together. On her birthday I have a memorial Mass said for & I go out to lunch someplace special to again honor her memory & the care she gave me throughout my life. I also continue to talk to other people that were important to her as a way of still being connected. Cry when you need too, but don't give up. I'm asking the Angels & Saints in heaven to also join me in prayer for you. May God bless you as you go through this difficult time.

God says to watch what you are thinking and to renew your mind with the Word of God God says Rom.12 Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. (Renewing with the Word of God) God says you are His child and you are more than a conqueror. He says you are an ambassador for Christ and you are to fight the evil around you. He also says you can do all things thru Christ and that all things are possible to those who believe. So trust God and use His might to strengthen yourself and be transformed by renewing your mind with the Word of God. Jesus defeated Satan at the cross and took away his tools of evil so he tries to attack your mind by putting evil thoughts in your mind. You need to bind the Spirit of Heaviness and all evil spirits out of your mind. Put on the full Armor of God and pray a hedge of protection around yourself. The best thing you can do is get up and go do something fun or find some way to help others. Here are some scriptures You can focus on for your mental health. Rom.12 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect. Phil.4 Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things. Eph.5 Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things.
