I pray for the safety of the protesters, who included thousands of Christian pastors, who went there this weekend at their own expense to protest the Jan. 7 killing of American citizen Renee Good. I pray for qualified law enforcement officers, not untrained ICE agents like those who shot the Veterans Administration nurse AFTER they took his firearm (which he was legally permitted to carry).
