Hello Rachel. We have a little dog called pepper and he eats everything. I had a thought for you. maybe if you soak his kibble, he will eat it. Maybe it’s too hard for him to chew. Plus, there is a lot of dog food out there. That’s very bad for dogs especially the hard stuff . God bless you, dear.
