Let's focus on symptoms relief. Now im not privy to understanding much but I dealt with very similar circumstances. I devoted my time to prayer daily online. In writing. Bible audio for listening. Writing down scriptures. And visiting all the prayerwalls I can find online. Now I still have symptoms but conce treating my effort on prayer worship culture and devotion to his word did give me relief from paranoia and anxiety. So long as I continued and didnt stray. Bow your head to him. Turn the radio to the praise and worship channel. And the TV to the church channel. Turn your social media over to prayer groups. Use media as your advantage to find lucrative and creative avenues to stay in the word and in worship continually.
