Sarrah_Bastet, I am praying for Phil. Father Touch Phil and heal the health issues left behind the sewage. This is so hard I pray that you would send someone that is able to help and repair this issue and that you would restore his health. Then I pray that Phil would give all the praise and esteem to You Father that You did this just for Phil! Amen.
