May the couple continue to pray in faith for your divine interventions. They can also consider talking to their congressional representative or U.S. Senator for help. Through their connections and power, they might be able to get in direct contact with the IRS manager of the case and resolve the matter. In the meantime, the couple can meditate on Isaiah 41:10, "Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed for I am your God.
