Annie120269, I am praying for you. Dear Lord Jesus please be with Annie to find ways to settle her mind and allow her to sleep well as you have done or me. Annie some things that have helped me are making sure I take my daily magnesium and get exercise. Lee Holden on youtube does a 10 minute qi gong for bedtime which helps to remove excess energy at bedtime. I do pray our Lord will help you since we know the importance of a good night's sleep.
