O Heavenly Father, through your Son Jesus Christ, you have promised to all who seek your kingdom and its righteousness all that is necessary for their physical well-being. We humbly beseech you to send us, in this time of our need, moderate rain and showers that will enable us to harvest the fruits of the earth, bringing comfort to ourselves and glory to you. Through Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.
