Lord, we lift up Eric and his wife to You. Lord, You are near to those who suffer, and Your grace is sufficient in every trial. Please comfort his wife and surround her with Your peace. Strengthen her mind and give her rest. Walk with them through this difficult path, for “I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.” Give Eric strength and endurance. Fill him with Your love, patience, and peace each day, for *“God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Let them both find comfort and hope in You, and hold fast to Your promises. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
