Father God, you already know the situation in the work place. Father, this individual is already displaying faith in You, and believing You already have this situation. Lord Jesus, I ask that you remove the annoyance and frustration and give peace to the situation. Father, we recognize no two management styles are the same, and there are times we may not agree with a specific management style, have your way Lord. Lord, if it's your will, give GA the words, time, and space to share with her/his manager. Help her/him to be part of the solution and not the problem. Help her/him to recognize Your mighty hand working behind the scene on her/his behalf. Remind her/him this employment is but for a season. In the meantime keep her/him grounded in your Word, no matter what it looks like on the job. Remind her/him You have heard the prayers, and to wait on You and be of good courage. Bless the people on her/his job and we pray that respect and professionalism will abound. In Jesus name we pray, amen.
