K. maybe each day ask Jesus to be with you and to help you in a way you need help.. I truly wish there was something I could do for you K. I am an 85 year-old lady. But I have found sometimes I have to speak to myself to get myself moving I also was ask God‘s help to do so. And it always amazes me that He does. And I’m always so thankful.
