Annie120269, I am praying for you...Father, we submit Annie to You, body and mind. In Your mercies, may the Holy Spirit tend to her. Quiet her soul, settle her nervous system, and align her hormones. Bring to her inspiration for anything she may do to bring harmony and sweet sleep, for Your Word promises this. A long walk, darkened cool room, quiet evening, even medication if that is how You may direct her. For sleep is precious both for the mind and body. However You may lead her, Lord, we pray the ministry of Your Word and Spirit over the entirety of her being. In Jesus's name, amen!
