If he doesn't have health insurance, he can consider going to a community healthcare center. Sometimes they accept patients based on a sliding scale fee. Also, may Harold continue to pray daily for your divine interventions and blessings. Let him always put you first, Father God and Lord Jesus, and develop an intimate, personal relationship with each of you. He can talk to you as he would to a dear trusted friend.
