TedT, I am praying for you, your neighbors, and this woman. I will join you and your neighbors in praying for her. Only God knows what has brought her to this place that she would cause such angst in your neighborhood. May God provide angels to guide her to a more peaceful way of living and may she come to know the saving grace and forgiveness of our Lord Jesus Christ!
