TedT, I am praying for you...Father God, I lift up Ted and his fellow coworkers at their place of employment. Lord, You know the situation there and You know the hearts of every one involved. Father, I'm asking that You open the hearts and minds of all parties involved; please allow them to focus on You and to have love and charity in their hearts toward one another and to forgive one another for any wrongs, real or perceived, which have been perpetrated. Let Your Holy Spirit keep watch over this organization and these employees; keep Satan at bay and don't let him spread his discontentment and lies. I pray this in the mighty name of Jesus, Amen!
