Jrevred, I am praying for Chuck and his family situation. May God open everyone’s minds and hearts to be able to see how each person feels and may kind and loving words flow from their mouths
Dear Father God and Lord Jesus, I lift up Chuck to you for healing from depression as well as for strength, hope, and peace. Please mend the relationship between him and his sister. Let them love, respect, and forgive each other. May Chuck pray for your guidance and direction (Psalm 32:8). If necessary, please allow the right mediator, possibly a dear family friend, help Chuck and his sister to restore their relationship. Let him pray daily. When we have faith in you, all is possible. Chuck can also meditate on Jeremiah 29:12-13, in which you said, Father God, "Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart." Chuck and his sister can focus on 1 Corinthians 13, which is about love. It says, "Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres." May all go well. In Jesus's name, I pray.
