Dear Rich in Christ. This is not a prayer. I do not know what your stomach issues are, but there is one thing that is very good for your stomach and that is Greek yogurt low fat no sugar. It is something I use daily. It’s also very good for when you are taking pills because they do disagree with our stomachs sometimes and yogurt really does help with that plus it is very good for you. I also know you do not know me .I am an eight five year old lady and I use yogurt daily.
